This notice covers the public corporate website arctelix.com only. It does not govern Arctelix AI accounts, product uploads or client engagements, which are covered by separate terms and data-processing agreements.

The form requests only the fields needed to answer you. Messages are validated on the server, protected against cross-site requests and rate-limited. Message content is not logged. While no delivery provider is configured the form states explicitly that the message was not sent.

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, documented in the Security & Trust register. No internet service is absolutely secure. Material changes to this notice will be dated and versioned.
